4. Do you eat much more rapidly than normal during these episodes? (0 = No, 2 = Yes)

5. Do you eat until feeling uncomfortably full? (0 = No, 2 = Yes)

6. Do you feel disgusted, depressed, or guilty after overeating? (0 = No, 2 = Yes)
