Brick calculations help determine the number of bricks needed for masonry construction projects.

Brick Types:

Standard: 8" × 3.625" × 2.25"
Modular: 8" × 3.625" × 2.25"
Jumbo: 8" × 3.625" × 2.75"
Queen: 8" × 3.125" × 2.75"

Wall Thickness:

Single: 4" thick (one brick width)
Double: 8" thick (two brick widths)
Triple: 12" thick (three brick widths)

Bricks per Square Foot:

Single Wall: 6.75 bricks/sq ft
Double Wall: 13.5 bricks/sq ft
